Wedding pricing varies by season, day of the week and the experience you choose.
Spring & Fall | April–June and September–October
Single-day wedding rentals range from approximately $4,100–$5,900,
with full-weekend rentals available from $7,900.
Summer & Winter | July–August and November–March
Single-day wedding rentals range from approximately $3,100–$4,900,
with full-weekend rentals available from $6,900.
For celebrations of 25 guests or fewer, weekday Micro-Wedding options are available beginning at $1,950.

Private Events
Gather at the Farm
Wollam Gardens isn't only for weddings.
Birthdays, showers, anniversaries, engagement parties, graduations, family gatherings, corporate events, fundraisers, workshops and other celebrations all find a natural home here.
The Pavilion and surrounding gardens give you an inviting place to gather while the rest of the farm provides something a traditional event room simply can't—the feeling of having somewhere special to yourselves.
Dress it up or keep it wonderfully simple.
Intimate Garden Gatherings
Approximately $1,050–$1,250
For up to 25 guests, with four hours at the Pavilion and gardens.
Signature Farm Events
Approximately $1,950–$2,400
For 26–75 guests, with six hours at the Pavilion and gardens, plus parking and event support.
Full Farm Celebration
Approximately $3,200–$3,800
For 76–125 guests, with eight hours and access to the full property.
For smaller workshops, pop-ups, photo sessions and other short-format gatherings, limited hourly rentals may also be available.
Additional hours, farmhouse access, floral design and other enhancements can be added depending on your event.
