Jim Cowan - Operations Manager
Kim Payne - Farm Manager
Jim Cowan started his landscape career working under his father in the family landscape business. After years of working with his father, Jim landed a position as grounds keeper at a hospital in Southern Ohio. For the past 5 years, Jim has been putting continued dedication into bettering the farm into what it is today. There isn't a visit to the farm during which you will not see Jim covered head to toe with hard work.
Kim Payne grew up locally in the Culpeper area and started her career at Wollam Gardens in 2007. After graduating from Culpeper High School in 2008, Kim began working toward an Associates degree in Psychology, which she will receive in 2010. Kim currently works year round at the farm as Farm
Manager and aspires to have her own theraputic garden in the future.
